Our Co-founder, Executive Director, and Lead Advocate, who has over 15 years of experience as a Human Services Professional, is a Certified Gang Intervention Specialist, a former Behavior-Focused Special Education Teacher, and an At-Risk Youth Expert in the judicial system. Known for her dedication to supporting trauma survivors, homeless individuals, youth, and disaster victims, she tirelessly advocates for at-risk youth and their families. She excels in preparing intricate motions, crafting comprehensive mitigation packets, and initiating robust appeal processes. Additionally, she is an ordained minister, legally authorized to conduct marriage ceremonies. Her compassionate approach and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset to both our team and the clients we serve.
Our Co-founder and Legal Research Expert brings an unparalleled wealth of personal and lived experience. Having faced repeated violations of his Constitutional Rights, he intimately understands the systemic flaws that can deprive individuals of a fair defense. Representing himself Pro Se at trial, his profound experience provides him with unique insights into the adversities within a flawed justice system. His meticulous legal research safeguards our clients' constitutional rights, and he has pioneered efforts enabling Pro Se defendants to review electronic discovery privately within Pierce County Jail. His advocacy extends beyond individual cases to address systemic injustices, conducting numerous workshops and seminars to raise awareness of constitutional rights.
