Jenice, our Co-founder, Executive Director & Lead Advocate brings over 15 years of experience in human services. As a Certified Gang Intervention Specialist, former Behavior-Focused Special Education Teacher, and At-Risk Youth Expert, she has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable populations, including trauma survivors, homeless individuals, and youth within the justice system. Her expertise lies in:
- Advocacy & Support: Providing comprehensive support and guidance to individuals and families navigating complex legal and social challenges.
- Case Development: Preparing compelling motions, crafting detailed mitigation packets, and developing effective appeal strategies.
- Community Engagement: Building strong relationships within communities to address systemic issues and promote social justice.
Rishawn, our Co-founder and Legal Research Expert, brings a unique perspective shaped by his own experiences with the justice system. Having faced repeated violations of his Constitutional Rights, he possesses an intimate understanding of the challenges individuals encounter when navigating the legal system. His expertise includes:

Her dedication extends to advocating for at-risk youth, tirelessly supporting young individuals facing various challenges. Through education, guidance, and advocacy support, she empowers these young individuals to overcome obstacles and build a brighter future.
Adding to her impressive repertoire, she is also an ordained minister, legally authorized to conduct marriage ceremonies. This unique combination of advocacy and ministerial roles enables her to offer an even broader spectrum of support to our clients.
