 At Ethic Royalty, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support and advocacy for our clients. Our Co-founder, Executive Director, and Lead Advocate, Jenice, brings over 15 years of experience as a Human Services Professional to our team. She is also a Certified Gang Intervention Specialist, served as a Behavior-Focused Special Education Teacher for five years, and is  an at-risk youth expert in the judicial system.

Jenice’s professional experience spans across various stages of the legal process. She has advocated for clients during pre-trial and trial proceedings, as well as post-conviction. Her expertise includes preparing motions, mitigation packets and initiating the appeal process. In family court, Jenice provides unwavering support for both respondents and petitioners, strongly advocating for the equal rights of both fathers and mothers, and that all parties are treated equally during divorce proceedings. She assists with documentation preparation and filing, and provides support by attending hearings whenever she can.

Beyond her legal advocacy, Jenice is known for her dedication to supporting trauma survivors, homeless, youth, and disaster victims. Her extensive experience and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to our team and the clients we serve.

 At Ethic Royalty, we are committed to upholding justice and protecting the rights of our clients. Our Co-founder and Legal Research Expert, Brandon, is more than just an advocate. He brings a wealth of personal lived experience as an individual whose Constitutional Rights were repeatedly violated as a defendant by 

his public defender, the prosecution, 

the court, and law enforcement.

Brandon was forced to fight for his rights while incarcerated, eventually representing himself in trial Pro Se. This firsthand experience has given us a deep understanding of how prosecutorial misconduct, combined with defense attorneys who don’t always have a client’s best interest at heart, can rob an individual of their right to a proper defense.

Because of this, Brandon consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication when conducting research for clients. He ensures that a client’s rights are protected to the best of our ability and that Ethical Justice is served. Brandon has also shed light on the lack of resources for the locally incarcerated and made it possible for pro se defendants to obtain and review their electronic discovery privately inside of Pierce County Jail.
